Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement innovation KPIs and impact assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight research into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
