Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to inform long-term innovation strategy
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ business landscapes across multiple sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-ready mindsets across the organization
- Produce thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynotes) positioning InnovateFuture as an industry authority
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, partnerships, and investment opportunities
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and validation of future concepts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
