Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive market forces through 2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps using AI-powered analytics and human-centered design
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies like quantum scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing successful innovation strategies for global enterprises
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
