Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Produce actionable trend reports with 3-5 year predictive insights
- Orchestrate global innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into future roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends
