Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Present future trend briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and execute foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on research initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic frameworks
