Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps and product pipelines
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track breakthrough developments
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future trends and disruptive forces
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends (portfolio required)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
