What You'll Achieve:

- Develop patentable frameworks for competitive advantage
- Mentor teams in design thinking and future-proofing methodologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product/service launches
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Present futures insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build innovation ecosystems through academic and industry partnerships
- Measure impact through KPIs like market share growth and patent filings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures studies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market
