Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps by analyzing technological, economic, and social trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients in emerging tech sectors
- Design and execute R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and opportunity horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Strong track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-strategy implementations
