Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario briefings for industry summits and government bodies
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-driven analytics and ethnographic research
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and global forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
