You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies for global leaders in finance, healthcare, and sustainable energy. Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruptions (2025-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate volatility impacts
- Curate annual FutureForward Summit featuring Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers
- Author proprietary white papers on exponential technologies and ethical implications
- Manage $5M innovation fund for experimental ventures in emerging sectors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Economics
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Big Tech/Pharma
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or climate engineering
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry foresight platforms
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (GPT-4, Palantir, or equivalent)
