Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive market shifts
- Design and implement prototyping frameworks for future-facing business models and customer experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and develop investment strategies for emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and influence organizational decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting technological and market trends (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
