Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market demands
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-level stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze technological, geopolitical, and societal megatrends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Published research or thought leadership in future trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
