As a key member of our Strategic Futures Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategies. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, pioneer scenario-planning methodologies, and drive innovation incubation programs that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop and implement scenario-plaking frameworks for enterprise risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision and emerging market opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Establish and maintain partnerships with research institutions, think tanks, and innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and present strategic foresight findings at global forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, space economy)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Experience with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects and thought leadership
