Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027 horizon) and synthesize actionable insights for executive leadership
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI/ML, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives
