Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with $10M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Pioneer new methodologies for trend analysis and strategic foresight
- Represent company at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services from trend insights
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
