- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations and storytelling
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and published research
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
