Responsibilities

- Design and lead strategic foresight initiatives including scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate organizational foresight and innovation culture
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling visual narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product/service prototypes and pilots
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications (2026+ focus)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech-driven environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
