Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for C-suite executives on emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier global conferences
- Advise on R&D investments in frontier technologies including AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with demonstrable impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and futures research techniques (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar institution) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
