- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Design and facilitate trend-forecasting workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and KPIs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing trend-based roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CETFI) preferred
