Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and megatrends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Produce executive-ready insights reports with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' commercial viability and societal impact
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight databases and predictive models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
