Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
