Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Design and implement foresight frameworks to evaluate disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation processes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar) highly desirable
