Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and market disruption patterns
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Methodology preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
