Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D and business planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate emerging investment opportunities
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformative strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
