Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align futuristic initiatives with corporate vision and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling moonshot projects
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish industry partnerships to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, futures research methodologies, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects or published thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
