Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Analyze patent landscapes and academic research to anticipate innovation inflection points
- Build quantitative forecasting models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
