Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify technological, societal, and economic trends impacting 2026

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops translating future scenarios into product development pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons

- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
