Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, bio-convergence, quantum computing) impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for executive decision-making and public discourse
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups and disruptive technologies
- Design and implement organizational 'future-proofing' initiatives across 5 business units
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic adaptation to uncertainty
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from foresight-to-strategy execution
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
