Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough initiatives
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Quantify innovation ROI and track KPIs for transformational projects
- Mentor senior stakeholders on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling global innovation ecosystems
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (STEM, Economics, or Futures Studies)
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
