What You'll Achieve:

- Establish our thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design and execute innovation workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Build quantitative frameworks to assess emerging market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for board and investor audiences
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
