Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market shifts and technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging threats/opportunities in real-time
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
