Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to inform 5-year strategic vision
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development strategies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible tech adoption practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership (published work, patents, or keynote presentations)
