Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable AI systems and neural architectures tailored for 2026 deployment.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical roadmaps.
