Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote speeches, and industry forums
- Partner with R&D teams to de-risk innovation pipelines and accelerate time-to-market
- Mentor senior stakeholders on foresight methodologies and strategic foresight integration
- Monitor global signals across biotech, AI, climate tech, and digital economies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into billion-dollar strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global teams across multiple innovation ecosystems
