Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and thought leadership presentations to global stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional futures councils to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data-driven predictive analytics
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing 5-year strategic planning cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Published thought leader in futures thinking (white papers, industry journals, TED talks)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
