As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market evolutions. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and organizational resilience in an exponentially changing world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynote presentations)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market potential and risk factors for emerging ecosystems
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., MFTR, CFTE)
