Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to map potential futures for 3 core product lines
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technology integrations (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Advise executive team on long-term portfolio allocation based on future market projections
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Design innovation incubation programs for 2026-era business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience leading cross-cultural, global teams in ambiguous environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
