Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and climate resilience sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry publications
- Build predictive models using Python, R, and proprietary trend-analysis tools
- Advose executive teams on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technologies
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Technical proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
