Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce actionable foresight reports on AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent field
- Global network of futurists and innovation practitioners
