Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their implications (e.g., AI, biotechnology, quantum computing).
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies.
- Track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
