Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to map 5-10 year industry evolution
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging futures
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis
- Strong communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
