- Present evidence-based foresight reports to stakeholders, translating complex trends into executable plans
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships for competitive advantage
- Design and implement organizational foresight methodologies to enhance adaptive capabilities
- Represent company thought leadership at industry conferences and publish trend insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
