Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast business impacts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic integration
- Build quantitative models simulating future market conditions
- Advain on organizational resilience for disruptive scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business plans
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
