As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and leadership to translate foresight into actionable plans. You'll leverage data-driven methodologies, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement to position InnovateHorizon at the forefront of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions with C-suite leadership
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and emerging startups
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track technological adoption curves
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong publication record in technology forecasting or futures research
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or strategic roadmaps
