Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and sociocultural signals to identify disruptive forces by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and ethical AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' synthesizing predictions for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for climate resilience and neurotech integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic resilience and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Planning preferred
