Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for 2026+ market shifts
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for next-gen product development
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and test future-facing solutions
- Author white papers and keynote speeches at Davos, CES, and SXSW
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for trend incubation projects
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and scenario modeling
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics platforms
- Experience working with global Fortune 100 clients across diverse industries
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, German, or Japanese preferred)
