Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological developments, and societal shifts to forecast scenarios for 2026-2030
- Develop and communicate long-term strategic plans aligned with our 2026 vision roadmap
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives exploring emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives, adapting plans based on emerging insights
- Integrate future-focused perspectives into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
