Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technology disruptions and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend reports and whitepapers on AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions for global enterprise clients
- Represent the company at international futurism conferences and policy summits
- Mentor junior analysts in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Design and execute organizational change initiatives for 2026 digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with 20+ executive-level keynote presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed articles)
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Futurist Toolkit or KedgeWorks
