Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author strategic white papers on future-of-work implications and automation ethics
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to forecast market evolutions and competitive landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, weak signal detection)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
