You'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives, develop scenario-planning frameworks, and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies that will redefine markets by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological adoption, regulatory shifts, and societal transformations
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and operational resilience
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive technology adoption
